Watch and observe yourself. What do you notice when you watch your thoughts? Are your thoughts supportive? Are your thoughts negative?

In order to change, you have to have a starting point. Start with watching how you react in situations, conversations, and dilemmas. Nip the negative by catching your habit of negativity and replace it with a positive outlook. This quote is true, because your thoughts literally start a chain reaction. God made each one of us as a masterpiece. Take pride in who you are, what you look like, your laugh, your freckles, your height, your everything, because you were designed with great detail and love. Don’t compare or try to conform to what others are; we need to be diverse because it is in our diverseness that we can help one another. Everyone, including you, have a role to play, so learn to be the best you that you can be, the you that God created you to be. The world needs your gifts, your talents, your heart; not a copy of someone else. The only conforming you should aim for is our Lord. We are called to be more like HIM in our love, our forgiveness, our thoughts, and our act of service. Learn how to be at one.

Forward Friday

Be kind to someone today. If you show an act of kindness, maybe someone will see that kindness and want to forward that same behavior in their own day. Just think, you could be the chain reaction to a series of good events!

A little Gentleness

God is gentle. God wants you to show gentleness by being gentle to others; HE wants you to show gentleness in a harsh world. God loves each one of you so very much; HE takes delight in you. God wants to draw you closer to HIM. And I ask you, is there any safer place to be than in God's closeness? No, no there is not. Turn to God with your heart open to HIM. Allow God to help you, because this is what HE craves. A great way to open your heart is through a little gentleness.
