Stop being so hard on yourself. Don’t try to be in
competition with others and stop putting so much pressure on yourself to live
up to a certain expectation; either an expectation you have put on yourself or
an expectation influenced by someone else.
This quote seems to read that we are to always grow, but at
our own pace. Keep growing so that you see yourself evolve little by little all
the time, with efforts on your part to keep stretching, keep hoping, learning,
and wanting to seek change so you can be the best you, you can be. This seeking
improvement is you occupation, and it should be something that you never retire
from.
