Inhale in Silence


 
Silence is what will break through the noise
Silence is what will cut down confusion
Silence is what will release the tension
Silence is what will cause you to hear
 
 
Spending time in silence is one very key component in your human development. There is power in silence. Allow yourself to have moments of silence. Take a few breaths in relaxation and allow those breaths to naturally flow through you. In your breath, focus on gentleness, patience, forgiveness, or love and acceptance.
Silence and peace are just a breath away. If you don’t think you have time to spend in silence? I say, you don’t have time not to. When you’re done reading this sentence…inhale in silence.
