Level of Response

Be still and reflect.
Take a review of your life.
When things occur in your life, how do you behave?
Recall events…and ask yourself this question:

Did I respond OR Did I react?

Taking a retrospective review may help you break unwanted patterns in your life.
Remember, you cannot control others with what they say, or how they behave…You are only responsible for yourself.
And how you respond/react to situations can reflect the level of peace, calmness, and joy that you live at verses the level you want to live at.
