It is challenging to stand in the present moment. We live our lives so fast, so connected, so jam-packed, that it becomes a challenge to see that your life is happening right now in this moment; not yesterday’s moments and not tomorrow’s moments, but now. As you read these words remind yourself that this is a moment; be present to the moment.
